When is the best time of year to look for False Unicorn? 3 Months, 1 Week ago
Recently my brother and i have been digging star root (unicorn false) but have only been able to find it in one particular location in the mountains here in TN, and this place has already been taken by someone else so it is dangerous to be in there. What I would like to know is when is the best time of year to look for it and why is it found so heavyily in this one spot but not on the other side of this mountain or any where else near the same area . Is there a reason why it grows in that specific area so well? I'm pretty sure no one has grown it there its just too heavy. This one guy has already picked and sold over 5,000 dollars worth. Could anyone answer my questions and how to talk to others who dig for star root. And also is there a book out that could help us locating the places of False Unicorn growth. Thank you
