Hi there! I am looking for buyer's for my picked wild Ginseng near Johnstown, NY. I used to pick it with my family when I was a kid, and my dad use to take it to someone local to sell it, but he is no longer buying ginseng. Does anyone know of anyone remotely close to Johnstown, NY that is willing to buy my Wild Ginseng? If so Fresh or Dry, and what are the price differences, pLease!

There is a guy in Granville, just NE of Glenns Falls. Hicks Trading post I think is the name. Not sure of the address though.

You should be able to get a list of all the licensed dealers in the state from the stat regulatory agency. Whatever agency oversees the ginseng management and export program. Usually the state department of ag., forestry, or wildlife. Every state is different
