I’m growing some cultivated ginseng in an area that has a of turkeys, any suggestions or ideas to keep them away?

Homer, I wish I had some advice for you but, other then laying some brush over the sang, which works some for deer, I don't know of any way to keep the turkey out. Maybe you could eat lots of turkey? lol.

Since you are growing cultivated ginseng, and I assume woods grown cultivated, do you have any fungus issues that you need to spray for? I have thought of growing more on those lines but, don't know what I would be getting into.
