should I take dry ginseng or fresh ginseng? 2 Months, 4 Weeks ago  
Hi everyone, I have medical condition that can benefit from taking ginseng. Does anyone have any experiences in regards to taking fresh ginseng instead of dried ginseng? I heard from some folks I know that fresh ginseng works better..either way I am sure I will benefit from the many medicinal effects ginseng possesses. Thanks much for your opinion in advance!

I think taking fresh ginseng is more efficient way _base_d on my experience.
