well that's funny ,two years ago i mailed 4 oz. to my nephew stationed in afghanistan and he got it..but hell, no low level dealer would want cut out thier 10 cents of profit..

Seriously though, i think a couple pound or so would probably fly under the radar as long as you didnt write "uncertified ginseng" on the package. I see on the net where people ship all sorts of stuff they arent supposed to.
