I am very interested in growing false unicorn besides ginseng 5 Months ago

I am very interested in growing false unicorn. How do I get it started, by seed or root stock? I already have quite a few wild herbs growing here, ginseng goldenseal, jack in the pulpit and blood root to name a few. Wiil false unicorn grow in the same soil as these other herbs? Any info from any one will be greatly appreciated.
