TOPIC: The quest for a few good roots....

Re:The quest for a few good roots.... 1 year 1 month ago #39462

Jaybird...

I do not spray any fungicides on my seed producing bed or any of my seng. I am just not into that.

I do still put down Gypsum and some green sand in early spring, usually Feb or early March... they start sending up tops usually first week in April.

Occasionally I will top dress with 20-30 lbs of my homemade compost too.

Some of the tops were smaller this year than last, so I will load the bed up with some of that good stuff this next early spring.

I still got right around 400 berries off the bed this year and planted them in some good location here on my place.
