TOPIC: Re-planting

When is it to late to re-plant the roots. I'm going to dig in a place that will be a clear cut in a few weeks. I would like to relocate the roots. So how many days is to long before I can replant.

As long as the roots do not dry out you should be good. I would want to keep them moist but not wet and get them transplanted before any fungus or anything were to set in. I don't know what your time frame is but, you should be good for a week. I hope I am answering your question.
