Cinco de Mayo my friend or as we like to say in Minnesota, the fifth of May. In Mexico this date is celebrated nation wide as the time when ginseng starts to pop up in Maine. Congrats the party's for you today.

I did not relize that today was Cinco de Mayo until you mentioned it. I looked at the calendar, and sure enough, it's today.

Each year I wait impatiently for that day when seng emerges.

Yep, today the party's for me!
