So you are saying that you are allowed to sell out of the state on ebay if you have a dealers license?

Cheiftian I have never sold a green root either.If the price dont go to suit me I will just hold my seng untill it does suit me.Thats not to say that if someone wanted seng for personal use ans asked me to purchase some that I wouldnt ablige them in that sorta way.
