Yep but the harvest numbers should be down with the new harvesting rules and restrictions for the National Forests! We probably won't know how this effects the prices until well into or late in the season.

Agree guys...

The previous two years my seed producing bed has really suffered in July/August, but not this year. They are still looking great and I have an abundance of berries this year compared to the last two.

In fact, it looks like everything that makes berries is going to have an abuncance this year.

I have 4-5 muscadine vines around my place, including one wild one that I put on a trellace in my back yard and they are all loaded this year. I usually just have enough to eat a few fresh, but this year is looking like a muscadine jelly year :-)

Same here TN. I have always heard that a heavy \"fruiting/seed\" year was followed by a hard winter. I guess we'll see.

Well we have had rain ever 2 to 3 d?ays every week since spring in mountains in WV too... and a side thought. If a sanger hits the lottery, would he still look for sang?
