TOPIC: yellow root 100 a pound

i just heard yellow root is selling for 100 a pound is this true

23 to 25 dollars around here if well cared for, 100 does sound nice though

I know where there are some big patches of yellow root and I tried digging it for 2-3 days one time...

It was too much like work to me. No excitement to it like hunting for seng.

100.00 a pound might make me reconsider visiting those patches again. 25.00 a pound... I will have to pass.

i like to dig yellow root in july and august while seng scouting it helps pay the gas bill and start getting in shape for ginseng
