TOPIC: Seed starting indoors

I was thinking of trying to start some sang in some seed starting or potting soil mix. I'm pretty sure I've read posts here regarding that but I can't seem to find them. Has anyone tried this with any success?

I tried it twice. They all same up and looked great. Then they all died even when I had them in correct light and shade and soil moisture level. They tipped over and died. I bet it can be done thou.
